Travel & Health Insurance
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. INSOL International shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person during the Seminar, including for any illnesses contracted during the Seminar. It is the delegate’s responsibility to be adequately insured in case of claims pertaining to travel/accidents and illness for the duration of his/her visit to the seminar destination.
Coronavirus
Given the nature of COVID-19, you acknowledge and agree that at each Seminar we cannot guarantee any state of affairs with respect to COVID-19. However, in order mitigate risk as best as possible, we will take all measures as are available to us in order to ensure that our events are “COVID secure”, will follow all local laws and the requirements of our venues with respect to measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and require all participants to comply with these requirements when at the Seminar.
Accordingly, each of our Seminars will have its own COVID measures in place which are country- and venue-specific, some of which may include (without limitation) the requirement to produce a negative COVID test prior to entry, or to show evidence of sufficient COVID vaccinations. We will publish the relevant COVID measures for each Seminar on our website and provide other notifications to you where possible, in advance of each Seminar taking place. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have familiarised yourself with all COVID-19 requirements for each Seminar, and have carried out any necessary preparations before attending the Seminar.
You must comply with any and all COVID requirements when attending the Seminar and we reserve the right to restrict or remove your access to the Seminar (with no refund) if you at any time refuse or fail to comply with those requirements.
Badges
It is vital that all delegates wear their badges. Without your badge you will not be allowed access to Seminar sessions and functions. Delegates must wear their badges for access to the technical sessions, lunch and dinner.
Seminar Dress Code
Smart casual for the Seminar technical programme. Speakers are requested to wear business attire.
Indemnity
INSOL International reserves the right to change the INSOL International Seminar structure, format, content, timing, or speakers without notice. The event may be moved or cancelled by INSOL International for any reason. If such a situation should occur, INSOL International cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses, which may have been incurred by the attendee. In the event that the host country Government declares a day(s) national mourning, INSOL International will not be held accountable for any financial losses resulting in the cancellation of all or part of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charge
INSOL International reserves the right to apply cancellation charges of 100% of the registration fee after the final booking deadline. Prior to the final booking deadline the registration fee will be refunded less £50.00 admin fee. A substitute can be put forward to fill your delegate place. INSOL International reserves the right to refuse registrations from any delegate.
Cancellation of the event by the Organisers and Insurance
In the event that the seminar is cancelled by INSOL International, or by any reason of any factor outside the control of INSOL International, and cannot take place, the amount of the registration fee shall be refunded. The liability of INSOL International shall be limited to that refund, and INSOL International shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising. In particular, INSOL shall not be liable to refund any travel costs incurred by delegates or their guests or their companies. It follows that delegates and their guests and their companies are advised to take out comprehensive insurance including travel insurance.

Data Privacy Statement
INSOL International Seminar shall be managed by INSOL International. The data collected on the event registration site shall only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

For those delegates who are required by their professional associations to achieve minimum levels of continuing education, certificates of attendance will be available on request.
The Law Society of England and Wales has accredited this Seminar for -- hours of CPE.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the independent regulatory body created by The Law Society of England and Wales, have implemented a new approach to solicitors continuing competence. If solicitors wish to claim non accredited continuing professional development in line with SRA requirements, they can record this in their own training records and calculate their continuing professional development points by the number of hours and minutes the conference is held for with the deduction of breaks.
Bar Standards Board (BSB)
The Bar Standards Board (BSB) have implemented a new Continuing Professional Development regime from 1 January 2017. As a result, barristers will have greater flexibility and individual responsibility for the training they require in line with BSB CPD requirements.
