In this two-part workshop, participants will engage with a case study designed to deepen judicial reasoning and decision-making skills.
Part 1 will involve analysing a liquidation scenario based on the hypothetical case study, where participants will consider what to expect from a liquidation scenario and explore whether alternatives exist.
Part 2 will transition to restructuring, where participants will be tasked with outlining judgments on whether to approve or reject a restructuring plan, applying key principles observed in session 2.
The workshop will conclude with a comprehensive review of the major issues raised and strategies for addressing them effectively.
