RIAF 2025, hosted in person at the National University of Singapore, marks a new platform for regionally grounded academic research and exchange on corporate restructuring and insolvency in Asia. The forum brings together a diverse group of scholars, including many early-career researchers and emerging scholars to present work examining legal frameworks, reform trajectories, and cross-border challenges shaping the region's evolving landscape, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and emerging markets.
