Language
The working language of the seminar is English save for the Opening Lecture on Day 2 which will be delivered in Mandarin with English translation.

When will registration close?
Registration will close on 4 November 2025, 11:59 pm SGT (GMT +8)

How do I register for the seminar?
Registrations can be made online here. For any queries, contact INSOL International Asia Hub.

Can I register several people at once?
Yes, once you have registered the first person, you will have the option to register additional attendees. There is no group discount for registering as a group.

Registration fee
The delegate registration fee includes entry to the programme sessions, tea breaks, and networking dinner.

The registration fee must be paid in full prior to entry to the seminar, and within 30 days of the registration being made. INSOL International reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not made within this time. 

Accompanying persons / social functions
Registered accompanying persons attending the social functions must be over the age of 21. Accompanying Person is defined as a participant’s spouse or other personal relation who does not have a business interest in the seminar. If INSOL International believes the accompanying person is attending in a professional or business capacity, INSOL International reserves the right to refuse or cancel the registration of the accompanying person and request they register as a full delegate for the Seminar.

Accompanying person registration fee
The accompanying person registration fee includes entry to the Networking reception. An Accompanying Person is defined as a participant’s spouse or other personal relation who does not have a business interest in the seminar.

Registration & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments debited from your credit card will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). Cardholders will be charged by their credit card companies in their local currency. INSOL International is not responsible for any losses or gains in the fee due to currency changes. For bank transfer or BACS payments queries, please contact the INSOL International Asia Hub.

By credit card: Register online and make immediate payment by credit card.
By bank transfer or BACS payment: Registrations will not be processed until payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your registration, but your registration will be pending until you receive the Payment Received email.

What is the cancellation policy for the seminar?
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days, but before the final booking deadline will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after the final booking deadline will be non-refundable, however you may put forward someone else from your organisation to take your place.

VISAS
INSOL International shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect to delayed or denied visa applications. The cancellation policy will not be waived if you are unable to obtain a visa.

What happens if the seminar sells out?
Should this happen, a waitlist will operate. The waitlist will function on a 'first come, first served' basis, subject to receiving registered delegate cancellations.

Health and Safety
INSOL International Seminars will be run according to official Government and local authority in the first instance, as well as any venue or location specific regulations.

Continuing Professional Development

SILE has accredited the event for 15 Public CPD Points (7.5 each day)

Social Media & Reporting
INSOL International supports responsible engagement with and promotion of our activities through social media. Delegates are reminded that INSOL operates a Chatham House Rules policy at its events and as such we ask that you are sensitive with respect to any information you may share on social media (and with the wider community) pertaining to the event, subject matter being covered, and opinions and comments expressed by speakers. It has been to the advantage of INSOL and its members that speakers have been very candid and are able to speak openly at our events and we would not wish this to be compromised in any way.
