Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Colloquium Inaugural Meeting

As part of INSOL’s Task Force 2021, we identified a gap in INSOL’s services to members, namely a space for the development of ADR to assist in cross-border restructuring and insolvency litigation.  As a result, the inaugural ADR Colloquium, Chaired by Paul Heath QC, Bankside Chambers, New Zealand and Felicity Toube QC, South Square, UK has been formed.   

We envisage the focus of the ADR Colloquium will be on identifying the means by which mediation and alternative dispute resolution more broadly, can be utilised in insolvency and restructuring situations, and to advocate for the deployment of ADR across insolvency and restructuring situations.

This half day programme will culminate in a joint lunch with the Financiers’ Colloquium which follows.

The cost to attend this meeting is £100.00 before the early deadline of 25 March 2022 and £150.00 afterwards.  Members of the judiciary, financiers and academics are invited to attend at no cost.
