Terms & Conditions

Travel & Health Insurance

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. INSOL International shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person during the Seminar, including for any illnesses contracted during the Seminar.  It is the delegate’s responsibility to be adequately insured in case of claims pertaining to travel/accidents and illness for the duration of his/her visit to the seminar destination.

Coronavirus

Given the nature of COVID-19, you acknowledge and agree that at each Seminar we cannot guarantee any state of affairs with respect to COVID-19.  However, in order mitigate risk as best as possible, we will take all measures as are available to us in order to ensure that our events are “COVID secure”, will follow all local laws and the requirements of our venues with respect to measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and require all participants to comply with these requirements when at the Seminar.

Accordingly, each of our Seminars will have its own COVID measures in place which are country- and venue-specific, some of which may include (without limitation) the requirement to produce a negative COVID test prior to entry, or to show evidence of sufficient COVID vaccinations.  We will publish the relevant COVID measures for each Seminar on our website and provide other notifications to you where possible, in advance of each Seminar taking place.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have familiarised yourself with all COVID-19 requirements for each Seminar, and have carried out any necessary preparations before attending the Seminar.

You must comply with any and all COVID requirements when attending the Seminar and we reserve the right to restrict or remove your access to the Seminar (with no refund) if you at any time refuse or fail to comply with those requirements.

Badges

It is vital that all delegates wear their badges. Without your badge you will not be allowed access to Seminar sessions and functions. Delegates must wear their badges for access to the technical sessions, lunch and dinner.

Seminar Dress Code

Smart casual for the Seminar technical programme.  Speakers are requested to wear business attire.
