Academic Colloquium

The Colloquium is open to practitioners, academics as well as all those interested in the research and study of insolvency law and restructuring. The Group is highly interactive and will discuss and debate papers presented by leading professors and emerging academics from around the world. This gives delegates an opportunity to hear the latest research insights from the academic world.

Academics attending the Academics Colloquium will also receive a 50% discount on the conference fee. The Academic Member Fee is for INSOL Members who are engaged in Full Time Employment in an educational establishment.

INSOL ERA Workshop
Wednesday 13 September

INSOL ERA will be holding a half day meeting in the morning of 13 September 2023 as part of the INSOL Tokyo Academic Colloquium. There will also be an INSOL ERA dinner for participants and their partners on Tuesday 12 September. 

Attendance to the INSOL ERA Annual Workshop is free. If you are an early career academic and you want to attend both the INSOL ERA Annual Workshop and the main Academic Colloquium, you will only pay a flat fee of £175.00 (less than half of the “regular” fee).
