Our panel of experts from four very different jurisdictions will discuss:

• What steps directors can take to bring the company out of the "zone of insolvency", perhaps by using local statutory non-terminal insolvency processes or by other means;
• What directors can do to protect themselves if the restructuring fails and the company goes into a liquidation (or equivalent) process.

We intend to explore this from the directors' point of view rather than creditors, albeit the focus will always be the benefit that creditors can derive from those directors' actions.
